I don't always have time, are the sessions flexible?

Each coach sets up their own calendars, and so, depending on the coach you’re assigned, you can pick any time in their calendars, though most sessions usually take place either early morning or late evening. However, if this doesn’t fit, your coaches would be happy to come up with a time that suits you both!

What are the payment methods?
